Victor

Victor is a cuddly love bug who loves to be held. You can often hear him making silly trilling meows as he explores the house. Victor has been raised with his brothers Tobias and Echo, as well as older cats and children. Victor and his brothers have filled their foster family's home with entertainment, love, and joy and are just waiting to bring the same to their forever families soon!
