She’s a little sensitive around other cats, preferring to be the only queen of her castle. Mrs. B doesn’t get aggressive—she just gets a bit stressed and may give a little growl to let you know she’s not a fan of feline roommates. This sweet girl bonds beautifully with people, especially if there’s food involved!

Tulip is full of personality and about 2 years old. She is shy of new people and needs some time to settle in. Once she is comfortable, she is talkative and attention-seeking. She will give head bumps and will want pets from her person. Tulip likes her space and gets along with cats that respect that. She is scared of dogs and kids. Tulip prefers a quiet home that she can be comfortable in. She doesn’t like to be picked up, but once she’s used to her person, she will allow them to hold her. She’s a shy girl with a little spicy side but also sweet too. Tulip does great with her family after she acclimates to her new home.

Hi! My name is Clifford. In my short 3 years, life has been quite the adventure and because of that, my foster mom wants to make sure I find THE perfect home this time because I come with some special qualifications these days… as a kitten I was adopted out with my best friend, my sister, to a nice family in CT. Unfortunately, the story goes, I was getting bullied once more cats joined our family so I was rehomed (against the rules of the rescue) and a few months later I was found injured by a nice man who got me the help I needed. The animal control officer in CT was able to reunite me with my original foster mom in NC because of my handy dandy microchip! (What a life saver that thing was!) My foster mom may never know the whole story as to why I was found the way I was but she knows that adventure sure scared me. I am quite hesitant to make new friends right now and I am looking for a home where I can be the king of my own castle! I love cuddling with my human and I am quite the talker when I finally get to see you after a long day. I need a mellow home, no children under 12, as I still can get over stimulated which makes me nervous and that’s when the typical orange bipity-paps come over me. I really like being around my humans too so it would be super cool if you work from home and I can help you with emails or if you’ve done your time and you’re now chillin in the retired crowd- my foster mom knows the perfect home is out there and she is bound and determined to get it right this time. My foster mom knows me very well and encourages you to talk to her if you have any questions about me! Olon has a personality that's larger than life! This energetic, playful boy is always on the move and loves to be involved in everything you're doing. He's a true busybody who thrives on interaction and is happiest when he has someone to play with.

He's incredibly food motivated, making treats a great way to engage him, bond with him, or reinforce good habits. Puzzle feeders, interactive toys, and play sessions are all excellent ways to keep his sharp mind busy.

Because he has so much energy and curiosity, he needs plenty of daily attention and enrichment. If left alone for long periods without stimulation, he'll likely find his own ways to stay entertained—which may not always involve the activities you had in mind! Estrellita (Essie) is a one year old female tabby. Essie is a great companion for anyone's cat, she doesn't mind being on babysitting duty! She has never met a cat she doesn't like. Essie was once wary of other people, but now that she's settled into her foster home she comes out for strangers and even asks for pets! She loves to follow her foster mom and cat around the house and chirps. She'll rub against your legs and asks for pets but does not like to be held. She loves to play with toys, roll around on the floor, and wrestle with other kitties. Essie just needs a very patient family with a quiet life and no young children. She would do great in a home with another kitty companion.

Hi, I’m Charlotte — professional cuddle enthusiast, part-time food critic, and full-time round girl.
I’m about two years old and shaped like a basketball (don’t worry, it’s all part of my charm). My motto? Bones are for dogs. I’ll tolerate other cats if I must, but deep down, I dream of being your one and only — queen of the couch and ruler of the treat jar.

My past is a little mysterious. Apparently, someone “found” me and dropped me off at a vet when I was injured in May… but then disappeared faster than a can of tuna. Their loss, truly. I’ve made a full recovery and am now ready to trade my sad story for a happy ending — preferably one with a comfy lap and endless snacks.

Piper is a sweet and gentle girl. She is shy at first but will be friendly once she settles in. She will need a little time to acclimate to her new home and then her personality will shine. Piper is attentive and full of personality, smart and curious. She’s food motivated, give her canned cat food and she’ll be your best buddy. She can be talkative and attention seeking, especially when you've got some treats. Piper is petite in size and that makes her even more adorable. Piper likes to spend time with her cats and with her family.
Piper would prefer a quieter home. After she is comfortable with you, she will share her loving self!
She also enjoys naps and playing with cat toys. She gets along well with other cats and but has not been around dogs.

Miss Ari is a beautiful, sweet-natured mama cat who has come such a long way since arriving in late July with six kittens. After raising her babies and being spayed, Ari was understandably very scared and unsure of humans. At first, she came across as almost feral and wouldn’t allow hands anywhere near her. But with time, patience, and kindness, she has begun to truly blossom.

Over the past couple of months, Miss Ari has discovered that she loves gentle attention. She now happily accepts head and chin scratches, enjoys scritches, and will never turn down a tasty treat. Just this week, she reached another big milestone—allowing a second person in the home to pet her as well!

Ari absolutely adores other cats and is very submissive and friendly with them. She’s always trying to play with her feline friends and would do wonderfully in a home with another kind kitty. She’s also learning to coexist peacefully with dogs. When she’s feeling comfortable, she loves to play, roll around, and show off her adorable side.

Miss Ari will need a patient, understanding home where she’s given time to adjust and continue building trust. But her progress has been incredible, and there’s no doubt she’ll settle in just as she has here—with love and consistency.

Hello. I’m Snow Valentine. My defining trait is my head tilts to the right and I’m a little wobbly. Does the vet think it’s an ear infection? Do the rescue board members think it’s a polyp? Does my foster mom think I’m just slow? Maybe they’re all right. All jokes aside, I’m a pretty darn good cat (and currently visiting the vet to figure out my head tilt). I get happy when I see you. I make a quick coo to say hello. I love getting pets and loving up on you. I like to nibble on you. It never hurts, it’s always gentle. My foster parents aren’t sure why I do it, but it’s definitely not telling you to stop petting me. I’ve learned my favorite toy is the track with a jingle ball in it that I can push around or chasing a laser pointer. Don’t even get me started on bird watching. I sure do enjoy my food too. I can handle being held, toes touched, belly touched. Don’t be alarmed if I nibble you, though. I’m good with other cats. I’m good with dogs. I’m good at comforting other cats. Currently teaching a kitten how to love and be loved. I’ll be waiting in my cat tree for you!

My foster parents say I have chocolate chip toe beans, I guess it’s true, I was always a tiramisu gal at heart. I’m really friendly around humans. I’m very sweet, and very cuddly and affectionate. I still need to learn some things, after all, I’m only ten months old!

Rue has weaned her rambunctious trio of grey kittens and is dying to get out and escape the madness! Roughly a year old, Rue is a petite, medium hair tabby with a cauliflower ear and one bum eye. Neither cause her any trouble, but it gives her a bit of a pirate look for added cuteness. Rue is super sweet and assertively seeks out pets and belly rubs.

Young Fate is a little shyer than his siblings and tends to look at them for direction. But don’t take his shyness for timidity. He holds his own in any kitten scuffle and jumps in to play with the same energy as Karma and Destiny. He would probably enjoy being adopted with one of his siblings so they can take the lead in forging new relationships.

Miss Destiny is a spunky girl who looks like she can take on the world. Called “Dora the Explorer” by her foster parents because of her escape artist abilities, Destiny loves to “seek out new life and new civilizations — to boldly go where no kitten has gone before.”
